Career Sandwich, LLC is a career development platform built to help people navigate their careers with clarity and confidence. We operate careersandwich.com and all associated products and services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Career Sandwich. By using our platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.
When you create an account you're responsible for keeping it secure. That means:
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Career Sandwich is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep your account secure.
Career Sandwich offers paid membership plans for individuals, billed monthly or annually. By signing up for a paid plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then.
Individual memberships come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days email us at hello@careersandwich.com and we'll make it right.
Career Sandwich offers membership plans for businesses and organizations. By signing up for a business plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel your business membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then.
All business membership purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on business plans.

Career Sandwich offers standalone guides available for individual purchase at $49 each. These are one-time purchases — not part of any membership plan.
All guide sales are final. We do not offer refunds on guide purchases.
By purchasing a guide you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own career development. You may not resell, redistribute, or share guide content without our written permission.

Career Sandwich allows you to store and manage career-related content — resumes, cover letters, notes, and other materials. You own your content. By storing it on Career Sandwich you give us permission to host and display it to you as part of providing the service.
We don't claim ownership of anything you create or upload. If you delete your content or close your account we'll remove it from our systems, though some residual copies may remain briefly in backups.
Everything Career Sandwich creates — our platform, guides, templates, scripts, resources, branding, and website content — belongs to us. You're welcome to use it for your own personal career development but you may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Career Sandwich, the Career Sandwich logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Career Sandwich, LLC.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you've violated these terms or are using Career Sandwich in a way that harms other users or the platform. We'll do our best to let you know why.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@careersandwich.com. Closing your account cancels any active membership at the end of the current billing period.
Career Sandwich is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running smoothly but we can't guarantee the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to your needs. Use of Career Sandwich is at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Sandwich and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Career Sandwich in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Career Sandwich may link to third-party websites or resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content. Linking to something doesn't mean we endorse it.
We respect intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same. If you believe any content on Career Sandwich infringes your copyright please contact us at hello@careersandwich.com and we'll investigate and respond promptly.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we'll let you know by email or by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of Career Sandwich after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last updated.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Career Sandwich will be resolved under Ohio law.
These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Career Sandwich. They replace any previous agreements or understandings. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable the rest still applies.
